A tribute show to the songs of Carole King on 23/09/2026 at 20:30 at Shablul Club. Keren Malka and a band of musicians will perform her beloved hits.
Almost all of us grew up with Carole King’s songs. Many know the hits, but do not always know that she wrote them. Her works have been performed by some of the world’s greatest artists, from Aretha Franklin to Adele and Amy Winehouse, as well as bands such as The Beatles, The Byrds, and The Shirelles.
A timeless creator whose songs have accompanied millions of people for nearly sixty years, King wrote her first song at the age of 15 and has continued creating nonstop ever since. By the age of 18, she had already co-written one of the era’s most significant hits, placing her among the world’s leading songwriters.
In this tribute evening dedicated to her songs, the unique pianist and singer Keren Malka, together with an excellent ensemble of musicians, will take you on a warm and nostalgic journey through the songs that became the personal soundtrack of generations: Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow, Natural Woman, You’ve Got a Friend, The Loco-Motion, and many more.
Keren Malka is a singer and songwriter who has collaborated with leading musicians in Israel and around the world, including Avishai Cohen, Idan Raichel, Danny Sanderson, Shalom Hanoch, and others. Her album Eshet HaYe’arot (Woman of the Forests), released on the international label Razdaz Records, received excellent reviews in Israel and around the world.
