A young and successful Israeli dancer living in Berlin finds herself in a deep life crisis when she faces the challenges associated with an impending pregnancy. The unexpected appearance of her mother in Berlin, triggered by the strange and illogical will of her father—a Holocaust survivor—forces the heroine to reevaluate her ambitions, confront her past, and deal with complex family relationships from which she once fled.
Together with her mother and brother, she sets out to fulfill her grandfather's final wish, but along the way, the family fabric is put to the test: a secret that no one suspected is revealed, overturning their lives, shaking established bonds, and shattering the invisible glass barrier separating their hearts.
Oren Yaakobi’s previous plays—"December," "Diaries," "Overcoming the Wall," "Zero in Human Relations," and "Blues of the Passing Summer"—have been successfully staged at the Beit Lessin Theater. Additionally, he created the TV series "Rana Quartet."
