What would you do if one day you discovered that you had to move… but you really didn’t want to?
Alisa, or Eli for short, magically arrives in Wonderland, a place where anything can happen. She meets a caterpillar who is excitedly looking forward to changing and turning into a butterfly; a Hatter who celebrates the tea party at five o’clock again and again, just so he doesn’t have to deal with new things he is unfamiliar with; and a smiling cat who teaches her that not everything new is frightening.
In a fantastic, colorful, musical, and imaginative journey, between magic and insights, Eli discovers that change—just like a visit to Wonderland—can be a wonderful opportunity to grow, become stronger, discover abilities within herself that she never knew she had, and meet new and interesting friends.
A virtuosic solo performance with songs and puppets, giving children tools to cope with changes, big and small, with courage, curiosity, an open heart, and faith in themselves.
The performance takes place in the Black Box Hall, with unassigned seating.
