A Qigong class takes place in the grove near Weil Garden, 4 HaHistadrut Street, Pardes Hanna-Karkur. Movement, breathing, and meditation practice.
Everyone is invited to a practical class on moving the body and using properly the wonderful instrument we have been blessed with. It is a wonderful gift to rediscover the body.
Qigong is the movement-based aspect of Chinese medicine: deep work with breathing and moving meditation. Slow practice that develops the abilities to listen and observe.
The practice develops all the body’s systems: posture, the skeleton, muscle mass, internal organs, digestion, the circulatory and metabolic systems (blood, lymph, and the nervous system), the meridians (an intricate network of energy channels), and the flow of qi—the life force.
The class takes place in the small grove adjacent to Weil Garden, next to the bomb shelter (near HaHistadrut Street).
