Sting Jazz Tribute — Concert by Candlelight

This autumn, Netanya will host a tribute concert dedicated to Sting’s music. Beloved songs will be performed by the talented vocalist Tommer Hesseg and a chamber ensemble featuring piano, drums, acoustic guitar, flute, and saxophone. You can look forward to a thousand flickering candles, a large hall, and favorite songs.

Shape of My Heart, Englishman in New York, Fragile, and other hits will come to life in delicate arrangements, preserving the subtle emotionality and depth of the originals.

The evening’s featured voice is Tommer Hesseg, an Israeli singer and composer, Doctor of Music, and performer with a velvety timbre and a refined sense of style. Accompanied by talented jazz musicians, his performance promises an unforgettable experience, maintaining a balance between respect for the original and a vivid, personal interpretation.

Just imagine: soft piano chords and gentle vocals in Every Breath You Take. The interweaving of flute and acoustic guitar in the Eastern melodies of Desert Rose. And the unmistakable saxophone in Englishman in New York—like a walk through a big city where everyone is searching for their own rhythm. Sting’s beloved songs, live sound, and candlelight—all in one evening.

These songs have been familiar from the very first notes, but in a chamber setting, with sincere vocals, they reveal themselves anew. They become closer and warmer—as though performed personally for you. An evening filled with romance, flickering candlelight, and Sting’s beloved music.
