A stage adaptation of the bestseller by Tzvi Ben Meir
Binyamin "Bini" Kimchi, son of Rabbi Shlomo and a graduate of a hesder yeshiva, marries the beautiful Esther to fulfill social and religious expectations. The couple builds a family with two children, but life overshadowed by a significant secret creates an invisible barrier between them, and reality demands they confront the truth. The play exposes the tension between authentic personal identity and societal demands and the courage required to live honestly, even at the cost of losing the protective shelter of the community.
