When Hannah, a 60-year-old religious widow from Ramat Gan, discovers that a mysterious woman has been buried in the grave plot reserved for her next to her late husband, she is determined to find out who the woman is and reclaim the place where she planned to spend eternity.
But she soon discovers that, unintentionally, she has created a god-awful commotion—and now the whole world is against her: the burial society, the community, and even her family.
Her only chance of discovering the mysterious woman’s identity is a retired lawyer named Hanna, an Arab Christian widower from Jaffa who happens to enter her photography shop and agrees to help her.
Together, Hannah and Hanna embark on a journey that will reveal to them both that there is life after death…
