Dov Kleiner’s Holiday Eve – The Full Story

Play: Nava Makmel-Atir | Cast: Gil Wasserman

Photography: Eran Peretz | Stage Management and Operations: Stav Makmel

An emotional comedy-drama set on New Year’s Eve. The play follows Dov Kleiner, 84, who leaves his home in southern Tel Aviv on New Year’s Eve for an uncompromising nocturnal journey in which nothing is predictable.

Winner of the Audience Favorite Award at the 2025 Theatroneto Festival.

A witty, moving play that brings a tear to the eye but is also very funny. A play about people who are, first and foremost, human beings.
