A Song of Home: Music from the Regions of Childhood to Here

Podcast creator Maya Kosover will meet Kobi Aflalo for a performance and conversation about his early years, in life and in his creative work. About the house in the moshav, his grandmother Zohara, and snow falling in Ma’alot, as well as his brief dream of becoming a soccer player, which was replaced by a new passion: songwriting.

Childhood is an endless source of inspiration, an object of longing as well as conflict, and the first steps that will influence every future step. “A Song of Longing” is a series of musical encounters at Beit Avi Chai that will take a time machine back to the early years of life.
