Descriptiontranslated from Hebrew (original)
This brilliant satirical comedy tells the story of the romance that develops between a visiting Russian commissar and an American capitalist aristocrat. As usual with Lubitsch, the humor lies in the characterization of the similarities, the ironic gestures, and the way he succeeds in blending the low with the high.
