Summary

A poetic film about a man’s journey home after a war, screening on October 6 and 8, 2026, at the Jerusalem Cinematheque.

Descriptiontranslated from Hebrew (original)

At the end of a long war, a man sets out on a journey home, through stormy seas, wild landscapes, and mysterious encounters. With almost no dialogue, Franco Piavoli offers an intimate and refined interpretation of the myth of Odysseus, transforming it into a sensual and hypnotic cinematic experience in which reality, memory, and dreams intertwine in a longing to return home.

Organizer: Jerusalem Cinematheque
