Linor Goralik’s happening about the connection between clothing and emigration will take place on October 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Museum on the Seam in Jerusalem.
4 October | Sunday | 19:00
The Museum on the Seam invites you to the happening “Seam Line,” hosted by artist and writer Linor Goralik. This artistic action is dedicated to questions of emigration, identity, and adapting to a new reality.
During the happening, guests will be invited to undergo a symbolic process of crossing borders and adapting to new conditions while taking an active part in the artistic action.
At the end of the artistic action, guests will have the opportunity to view Linor’s pop-up exhibition of small-format graphics, “Honest Small Works,” and, if they wish, purchase the exhibited works. This exhibition is being created specifically for participants in the action and will last for only one evening.
IMPORTANT: Each participant must bring an unwanted T-shirt—necessarily their own, rather than one purchased specifically for participation in the happening. It is important to us to emphasize that this should be a T-shirt the guest is ready to part with.
The happening is being held in support of Linor’s large-scale exhibition, titled “Transitional Object,” which will open at the Museum on the Seam in March and will examine the relationship between clothing and emigration.
