Moti Vizel in a Unique Evening of Song in the Chambers of the Mysterious Cave Beneath Jerusalem’s Walls, During the Ten Days of Repentance
During the Ten Days of Repentance, when the heart is open and the soul seeks closeness, Zedekiah’s Cave invites the public to a special, one-time musical evening in memory of Rabbi Michael Schnitzler, of blessed memory.
The emotional artist Moti Vizel, accompanied by the “Neshama” Choir and an expanded orchestra, will take the audience on a journey through the beloved songs and melodies left behind by Rabbi Michael—songs of faith, prayer, longing, and joy, deeply engraved in the Jewish heart. Within the ancient, mysterious chambers of Zedekiah’s Cave, beneath the walls of the Old City, the melodies will receive a special resonance—deep, intimate, and Jerusalemite.
The event, intended for fathers and sons only, will take place on Wednesday, 5 Tishrei (16.9). Doors open at 20:00, and the performance begins at 21:00. Seating is limited.
For the convenience of attendees, free shuttles to the cave will operate from 19:00, departing from 79 Shmuel HaNavi Street (the stone bus stop near Sadigura), and returning at the end of the performance.
