A research conference on ancient Jerusalem will take place on September 3, 2026, at the City of David National Park in Jerusalem. The program includes tours, lectures, and the opening of excavation areas.
The City of David Research Conference once again invites the general public to discover the latest developments in the study of ancient Jerusalem.
During the conference, archaeological excavation areas will be opened to the public, and tours will be held at new sites that have not yet been opened to the public, alongside lectures by leading experts and researchers. This year’s conference will focus on the theme: “Behind the Scenes of the Pilgrimage.”
The tours require payment; admission to the conference is free.
Includes return transportation from the conference to Mamilla and the First Station complex.
