"The White Flag" is the first solo exhibition by artist Avigol Hamo at the city gallery Galiyat Hutzot. The installation was created during a period of military events and explores the transformation of everyday human interactions. The opening ceremony will take place on August 13, 2026. Admission to the event is completely free.
The installation was created specifically for Hatzot Gallery, an urban gallery dedicated to sculpture and the encounter of art, material, and public space. It developed during the war, in a reality where even everyday actions like drawing close, leaning, waiting, or starting a conversation are no longer taken for granted.
The exhibition opening event will take place on 28.7.
This is the first solo exhibition of artist Abigail Hammu, a Bezalel graduate with distinction in collaboration with the Department of Art at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design Jerusalem.
