You are invited to a tour of the Museum of Israel guided by an archaeologist.
The tour will start with a visit to the Book Hall – where the most famous scrolls discovered in the Qumran caves are displayed to the public. We will learn the story of the scribe who wrote them and the content of the scrolls.
We will continue to the impressive archaeological exhibition of the Museum of Israel to learn the story of the most important findings discovered in the land.
New! On the day of the tour the new exhibition “Comfort from the Desert: The Complete Isaiah Scroll” will be open to the public. For the first time in decades, the exhibition will present the Complete Isaiah Scroll discovered at Qumran and measuring more than 7 m!
