Cancellation Policy

It is hereby clarified that a payment authorization attempt notification from the credit card company does not constitute confirmation of purchase. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, a transaction may be canceled by submitting a notification through an inquiry opened in the personal area and specifying the receipt number you wish to cancel.

A transaction may be canceled within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that the cancellation is made no later than 7 days, excluding days of rest, before the date of the event/activity for which the transaction was made.

For the avoidance of doubt, tickets purchased 7 business days before the event/activity cannot be canceled, nor can tickets that have been partially used; no refund can be provided for them.

In any case of transaction cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100—whichever is lower—will be charged.
