Cancellation Policy

Please note that a credit-card company’s attempted-charge notification does not constitute purchase confirmation. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a transaction may be canceled by submitting a notice through the opening of a request in the personal area and specifying the receipt number you wish to cancel.

A transaction may be canceled within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that the cancellation is made no later than 7 days—excluding rest days—before the date of the event/activity for which the transaction was made.

For the avoidance of doubt, tickets purchased 7 business days before the event/activity cannot be canceled, nor can tickets that have been partially used; no refund can be issued for them.

In every case of transaction cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, will be charged.
