A workshop on an attachment-based baby year will take place on October 13, 2026, at 10:00 at Jessica – Young Adults Center. We will discuss needs, closeness, and bedtime rituals.
In the workshop, we’ll talk about attachment-based infant sleep, a little differently from what we’re used to.
Not about how to “teach a baby to sleep” or how to stop soothing them in your arms, but about what babies truly need in order to fall asleep and sleep.
Responding to needs such as touch and closeness, soothing in your arms, co-sleeping, sleep cues, a bedtime routine that suits you—and, above all, how you can make room both for your baby’s needs and for your own.
