Time Management Workshop for Parents with Ruti Rudner at Noga Center, 7 Ben-Gurion Street, Herzliya. Tools for balancing parenting, career, and family.
A journey of useful insights based on the “25 Hours a Day” approach to time management, with an emphasis on parenting, careers, and children.
Using time properly is the key to fulfillment in every area of life—in our work, in our primary relationships, and in everything related to our relationship with ourselves.
And as the workload accumulates, tasks pile up, and our desire for a balanced life grows: We want to allow ourselves a life that balances work, friends, and family; income and self-fulfillment; to live with a surplus in our time budget.
How do we do this? How do we properly manage our time budget? And how do we properly use the most valuable currency in the world—our time?
Ruti Rodner is a time-management expert, a senior executive at Israel’s leading media organizations, a content creator, a doctoral student in psychology at Reichman University, a mother of three, and a social activist.
In 2020, she founded “25 Hours a Day”—a research, content, and consulting project focused on the optimal management of lives lived along the timeline. She brings to it her extensive experience working within and alongside large organizations, the combination of a managerial and independent career with present parenting, and her academic degrees in the humanities and social sciences.
