Flight Mode continues to the next destination—and this time we land in South America.

An evening combining ecstatic dance and sound healing: we begin with rhythm, movement, and release, and finish with relaxation and deep silence.

We’ll begin with ecstatic dance to Latin, Afro-Latin, Brazilian, and tribal sounds. Free movement, with no steps and no need to know how to dance—just let the music lead the body.

From there, we’ll move on to sound healing with Tibetan bowls, percussion instruments, and shamanic instruments, and finish with a period of silence and integration.
