8.10 | Chill-Off – Nia: Dance Yourself
Mesila Center
19:30–20:30
An evening of movement, music, and connection with the body.
Come meet yourself through Nia—a movement and dance practice combining enjoyment, freedom, and inner listening. With varied music and simple, accessible movement, we will move between rhythm and softness, release tension, and make room for personal expression and positive energy.
There is no “right” way to dance—only the way that feels good and suits you.
A little about Yaeli Gelbard

We will dance. We will breathe. We will let go.
