The park operates on a strict schedule varying by day of the week. Entry is granted via advance tickets with a unique code, which is sent to the visitor via email or SMS one day prior to the visit. The box office ceases sales exactly one hour before the official closing time of the premises.
Opening Hours:
The zoo’s ticket office and entrance close one hour before the zoo’s closing time.
To redeem a ticket purchased through the club, click the corresponding logo below and enter the codes you received at the time of purchase. If you received a single code for a family purchase, please enter the same code in all designated fields.
Once the reservation is confirmed and the process is complete, tickets will be sent via email and SMS the day before the event.
