The day camp operates from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, excluding Fridays and Saturdays. It includes breakfast and a hot lunch. The camp is supervised and approved by the Ministry of Education and managed by teachers with valid teaching credentials.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of registration up to one week before the start of the camp: Full refund minus a registration fee of 150 NIS per child whose participation was cancelled.
- Cancellation of registration during the last week up to the day before the camp opens: Refund of half the payment.
- On the opening day of the camp and/or after the camp has started, it is not possible to cancel the registration, and the full amount will be charged.
The Zoo reserves the right to cancel a child’s participation in the camp due to inappropriate and/or violent behavior, without any financial refund.
Please note and emphasize that as long as the Zoo remains open for activity and no legal restrictions are imposed on it that prevent or limit its opening to the general public, this shall not grant the customer the right to cancel and/or receive any monetary credit if they do not attend the booked activity, voluntarily and/or by choice, for any reason whatsoever. No stacking of discounts. Subject to availability.
Additional Terms:
Parents are requested not to send children with valuable items. The Zoo Day Camp is not responsible for the loss of children's equipment. During the camp, photos are taken, including of your child, which may be used by the Zoo in future publications.
The Zoo is an environment containing various allergens. If your son/daughter has life-threatening allergies, you are required to take all necessary measures to ensure the child's health, including preparing to perform actions to prevent life-threatening situations, all while informing the camp staff and filling out the health declaration form upon registration. In any case, it is clarified that the exclusive responsibility for this matter lies solely with the parents, and the Zoo shall not bear any liability or responsibility.
You can request to place your son/daughter together with up to two friends from the same age group in the same team. The camp staff will do their best to accommodate this placement, but we cannot guarantee it. Placement together of children from age groups with more than a one-year difference is not allowed. If the full name of the requested friend is not indicated during registration, you can update this via phone to the reservations center up to seven business days before the start of the camp. If the update is not received in time, no changes will be made to the group composition. Please note and emphasize that if your son/daughter decides not to join the camp because of this, no financial refund will be issued at all.
