HaEm Park Zoo in Haifa is open daily with varying operating hours depending on the day of the week and holidays. Entry is via advance tickets or at the ticket office, and digital codes are sent to visitors in advance by email. The venue is designed for family outings and offers educational programs suitable for all ages.

The zoo is open Sunday through Thursday, as well as on Saturdays and holidays, from 09:00 to 19:00. On Fridays and eves of holidays, operating hours are 09:00 to 15:00. The ticket office and zoo entrance close one hour before closing time.
To redeem a ticket purchased through a club, click the corresponding logo below and then enter the codes you received upon purchase. If you received a single code for a family purchase, please enter the same code in all designated fields. Once the reservation is confirmed and the process is complete, tickets will be sent via email and SMS the day before the event.
