Rebirthing — Working with the Nervous System Through Conscious, Connected Breathing
Rebirthing is a therapeutic breathing method developed by Leonard Orr. It uses conscious, connected circular breathing to access the nervous system directly and release physiological and emotional patterns that have been stored in the body over time.
Breathing is the only bodily function that operates both automatically and under conscious control. Through consciously changing the pace and depth of breathing, it is possible to access the autonomic nervous system directly and release tension, defensive patterns, and emotional material that has accumulated in the body and has not been processed.
Through continuous, circular breathing, without a pause between inhalation and exhalation, the body undergoes a deep release process. During the session, participants may experience physical sensations and the emergence of emotions, followed by a sense of lightness, clarity, and freedom.
The process is accompanied by a fully present professional throughout the session.
The session takes place lying down, in a safe and supportive environment. The facilitator is present throughout the entire process and provides personal, professional guidance.
It is also suitable for people with no prior experience in body-emotional work.

The workshop is also suitable for organizations and companies as part of a program addressing burnout and employee well-being, with a proven impact on presence, performance, and quality of life at work.
