Sound Healing workshop for relaxation and balancing the nervous system, at 57 Reines Street in Givatayim. Participants lie down and are exposed to the sounds of Tibetan bowls and gongs.
Sound Healing is a therapeutic method that uses the sound frequencies of Tibetan bowls, gongs, and ancient harmonic instruments to directly affect the autonomic nervous system and shift the body from a state of arousal and stress into a state of rest and recovery.
The sound waves create physical resonance in the body’s tissues and synchronize brain waves with alpha and theta states—states associated with deep relaxation, emotional processing, and self-healing. The process requires no effort from the participant; the body responds to the sound naturally and automatically.
Participants lie comfortably on a mat while being exposed to rich layers of sound. The workshop takes place in a small group and is also suitable for couples.
No prior preparation, physical experience, or familiarity with integrative health is required.
Especially suitable for those experiencing:
The workshop is also suitable for organizations and companies as part of an employee well-being program—a group experience that enables a genuine reset and has a long-term impact on performance and motivation.
