Gidi Gov presents a special, personal show in which he fulfills a long-held aspiration: to sing onstage the wonderful, lesser-known songs he recorded throughout his rich career—those beautiful B-sides that did not make it onto the set lists of his regular performances.
Gov and the band revisit the older material and give it new life onstage. The marvelous lyrics take on contemporary and moving meaning over the years. For the show, Gidi’s excellent band will host Amir Benayoun and Rona Kenan for surprising and moving vocal collaborations, under the sensitive musical direction of Eran Weitz.
