Two longtime friends from high school meet at a motel in the city after ten years of estrangement. An unresolved issue from the end of their high-school days hangs over them like a ticking time bomb.
The nature of memory and the gap between memory and truth, as well as their longstanding friendship, are put to the test. Packed with manipulation, little lies, and major deceit, “Room 201” is an intense and unsettling thriller that explores memory, guilt, friendship, and power dynamics between men and women.
The performance takes place at Tomashiya—a home living room on Jerusalem Boulevard, Tel Aviv—for an audience of only 30 people.
The performance begins at the meeting point, Double Espresso, 77 Jerusalem Boulevard, Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
Audience entry is through the stage—latecomers will not be admitted.
