An 8-session mindfulness workshop will take place on Mondays, starting on 12.10.2026, at 3 Reuven Rubin Street. Includes meditations and tools for stress management.
Everyone is talking about mindfulness these days—but what is it, exactly? And what is it good for?
Mindfulness is a practice derived from the Buddhist tradition and adapted for the Western world. It is an exercise that teaches us to be present in the moment—to “be here and now.” It helps us reduce the stresses and pressures of everyday life, bring more calm and tranquility into our lives, and spend less time “lost” in our thoughts.
Come learn and practice awareness with care and open, nonjudgmental attention—the ability to know, be present, and notice what is happening to us right now, in this very moment, in the present moment, here and now.
