Little Ones at Horvat Burgin: Following the Secret Caves

About the Activity

In the green Judean Lowlands lies a marvelous hill where people lived many years ago!

We invite you and your little ones to join us on an easy, experiential circular hike, filled with discoveries and small adventures in the heart of nature.

During the route, we will go down to visit one or two caves, put on headlamps, and feel like real archaeologists and trackers.

We will examine the ground up close and search for ancient pottery shards that prove the former inhabitants of the site lived here.

Along the way, we will also discover the richness of the wildlife and vegetation characteristic of this beautiful region and learn about the surrounding nature through our senses.

The route is light, safe, and specially suited to little steps and the great curiosity of the whole family!

Come enjoy a morning of discoveries, cave exploration, stories from the past, and blooming nature on a tour that is just right for little ones!
