Ticket cancellation policy

If a ticket is canceled more than 48 hours before the performance, the ticket holder will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price.

If a ticket is canceled up to 48 hours before the performance, the ticket holder will be charged the full amount.

The refund will be issued only via the payment method used for the charge.

Terms and conditions

• Everyone entering the performance, regardless of age, must have an admission ticket.
• Strollers are not permitted in the auditorium.
• Bringing drinks and food inside is prohibited.
• Latecomers will be directed to sit in available seats.
