Ticket Cancellation Policy

• In the event of ticket cancellation more than 48 hours before the show, the ticket holder will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price.
• In the event of cancellation up to 48 hours before the show, the ticket holder will be charged the full amount.
• The refund will be issued only to the payment method used for the charge.

Regulations

• Every person entering the show, regardless of age, is required to have an admission ticket.
• Strollers are not permitted in the hall.
• Bringing drinks and food is prohibited.
• Latecomers will be directed to sit in available seats.
