Ticket Cancellation Policy

In the event of a ticket cancellation more than 48 hours before the show, the ticket holder will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price.

In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours, the ticket holder will be charged the full amount.

The refund will be issued only through the payment method used for the charge.

Terms and Conditions

• Every person entering the show, regardless of age, must have an admission ticket.
• Strollers are not permitted in the auditorium.
• Bringing drinks and food into the venue is prohibited.
• Latecomers will be directed to sit in available seats.
