Ticket Cancellation Policy:
- In case of cancellation more than 48 hours before the performance, a cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within 48 hours before the performance, the full amount will be charged.
- Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used.

- Every person entering the performance, regardless of age, must have an entrance ticket.
- No strollers allowed in the hall.
- Do not bring drinks and food.
- Latecomers will be directed to available seats.
The Municipal Company for Culture and Education rents the hall to "The Show Production". The company is not responsible for the quality, nature, and content of services and products.
