Roinik Farm, Beit She'arim Moshav
Diti and Aya from Roinik Farm are sisters and third-generation farmers in Beit She'arim. They work in agriculture, produce farm products, and offer agricultural tourism. They grow olives for oil, food, and soaps, as well as medicinal mushrooms.

Experiential olive harvesting for families
23–24/10, Friday and Saturday, 24.10
10:00–16:00
We will meet at our olive grove to learn about the olive tree, the different varieties, harvesting, and olive-oil production.
We will hold a shortened workshop on olive pickling.
Each participant will harvest olives and prepare a jar of brined olives to take home.
We will finish by making pitas over a campfire, served with spreads.
The activity lasts approximately one and a half hours.
Cost per participant over the age of one: 40 NIS.
Maximum cost for an immediate family: 140 NIS.
