“The Strength Within Me” | An Empowerment Workshop for Girls

During five experiential and empowering sessions, we will discover the strengths within us, strengthen self-confidence and self-image, learn to cope with challenges, and develop positive inner dialogue. Through a variety of activities, games, and inspiration from the world of books, each participant will acquire meaningful tools for everyday life. Identifying the strengths and abilities within us, developing self-confidence, a sense of capability and self-worth, and coping with concerns and challenges in an empowering way.

Led by Dikla Asraf – parent instructor, workshop facilitator, and holder of 22 years of experience in special education and supporting families in strengthening personal resilience, self-confidence, and a sense of capability.

5 sessions starting on October 13 (Tuesdays)

Ages 11–14

Cost: ₪350 for 5 sessions (payment can be made in two installments)
