This beautifully maintained nature reserve, where every step reveals incredibly photogenic views, offers easy walking trails alongside the stream.
The Snir Stream, one of the three main sources of the Jordan River and the longest of them, begins its journey somewhere in southern Lebanon, winding and surging powerfully while creating enchanting, shaded corners among the undergrowth.
You are invited to disconnect for a moment from your daily routine and enjoy a wonderful trip into the reserve’s magical world, with its unique vegetation, a symphony of rushing water and small waterfalls, and impressive, large plane trees.
The site has an information station, an organized day-use parking area, a well-stocked snack bar, picnic tables, an accessible trail, and accessible restrooms. And, of course, wonderful wading pools...
