The routine is already here, and this is exactly the time to take a break for yourselves. We invite you to three days of guided tours at a relaxed pace, spectacular viewpoints, nature at its best, fascinating local stories, and hospitality at Hermon Field School. The vacation is intended for adults who love hiking, discovering new places, enjoying good company and professional guidance, and experiencing the north at a pleasant pace, in a quality atmosphere and without rushing.
14:00 | Meeting in the north and setting out
We will begin the vacation at Mount Tzfiya and Mitzpe Dado, two spectacular viewpoints overlooking the Galilee, the Hula Valley, and the Hermon. We will take in the open landscape and clear northern air, beginning the tour at exactly the right pace. From there, we will continue on a tour of Metula, the northernmost town in Israel, and learn about its history, uniqueness, and importance over the years. We will then visit the village of Rajar, a unique village located on Israel’s border, combining history, culture, and a fascinating human story.

20:00 | Fascinating evening lecture with Menachem Yemini, a veteran tour guide who will take us on a journey through the stories of the people, places, and events that shaped the region.
08:00 | Breakfast
09:00 | Set out for a day of touring along the Ramim Ridge Scenic Route, one of the most beautiful scenic roads in Israel. We will hike at a relaxed pace among spectacular viewpoints of the Hermon, the Hula Valley, and the Upper Galilee, enjoy the open spaces and nature at the height of its beauty, and stop along the way to learn about the stories behind the landscape.

09:00 | Check-out and departure toward the Hermon
We will set out on an autumn foliage tour of the Hermon, enjoying the sight of autumn coloring the mountain in shades of gold, red, and orange—a celebration of colors and landscapes in one of the most beautiful regions in Israel.
We will then continue to Majdal Shams and the Yafouri Valley, a magical area combining nature, local culture, flavors, and stories, and conclude the vacation with a special northern experience.
