Opening of activities is contingent upon a minimum number of registrants as determined by the Council.

The activity program is subject to changes at the Council's discretion. Activity dates are according to the announcement on the Council website.

The Council reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify or halt activities in case of emergency or for any reason constituting force majeure.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis only, or until the stated registration deadline. The registration deadline for the Council day camp is 21/7.

Transportation from Council communities will be provided according to the authority's decision, depending on the program and central stations in the community.

Cancellation of participation:
- a. Up to one week before the start of the relevant summer activity (Council day camp 26/7): full refund will be issued. After that date, cancellation and refund will not be possible, except in cases of health reasons with submission of medical certificate.
- b. Cancellation requests will be accepted by email only to the Department of Supplementary Education and Community — please confirm receipt of the email: [email protected]
- c. No refund for daily or occasional absences.
- d. Credits will be processed at the conclusion of summer activities in August.

The Council reserves the right to discontinue a child's participation due to lack of fit with the framework (in exceptional cases that prevent proper activity implementation).

Without registration and payment settlement, participation in summer activities will not be permitted.

Participation in activities is subject to the registration terms and signature of parental declaration.
Parental Declaration

I approve my child/children's participation in activities and fun days held outside Council territory.
