A practical workshop where we will learn the basics of the art of bookbinding to create a sketchbook - a drawing notebook. We will begin with an overview and acquaintance with different types of bindings, and then proceed to the practical part: we will learn techniques for wrapping hardcovers and sewing signatures, and assemble a personal sketchbook from start to finish. Each participant will leave the workshop with a ready sketchbook and knowledge about creating notebooks independently.
