A motor development workshop for infants aged from birth to six months, suitable for parents who want to provide their babies with practical tools. The workshop includes four sessions in August and offers exercises tailored to each infant.
In this experiential workshop, you will receive information and practical tools that every parent should know. Together, we will practice a variety of exercises for little ones: tummy time, head lifts, calming exercises, rollovers, and more. Although it is a group setting, the approach is personalized - Yossi observes each baby, recognizes their unique needs, and tailors precise exercises to the pace and development of each child.
The workshop is led by Yossi Jungman, who works with babies, toddlers, and children. He has been a certified instructor for 15 years in the Shelahav - Child’Space method, providing developmental guidance through movement and touch for infants and toddlers. He is a former Batsheva Dance Company member and is known as one of the most professional and beloved instructors in the field!
The workshop consists of 4 one-hour sessions in August on the following dates: 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th, held on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM.
Please note - the workshop is suitable for babies up to six months old who have not yet fully rolled over. If your baby is five or six months old and can fully roll over from back to stomach and vice versa, there is another group on the same day - sign up for that one.
The workshop will take place in the functional studio located in the sports center at 37 Shazar Street (a short walking distance from the center). How to get to the studio? Arrive at the sports hall at 37 Shazar, there is an accessible entrance. Enter the hall and cross it to the door opposite you on the right side. Leave strollers outside the door (unless you have a sleeping baby:)) and go up five steps to our cool functional studio!
