Mr. Fish, a young and grumpy fish living on a sunken and neglected ship, one day meets a young seahorse named Pip who mistakenly thinks his home is a junkyard. Despite their rivalry, the two cooperate and embark on a journey in the heart of the ocean in search of the "Shimmer" - a mythical sea creature that will grant them a wish for a new home. However, there is only one problem: someone else is chasing after the "Shimmer" and the adventure becomes complicated.
