Voices from Heaven — Maayan Licht — Jerusalem Camerata Israel

The concert “Voices from Heaven,” part of the “Instruments and Voices” series, brings together the Jerusalem Camerata and Maayan Licht, an Israeli soprano with a rare high timbre and virtuosic vocal technique.

Maayan Licht specializes in early music and the Baroque repertoire. He graduated with honors from the Early Music Department of the Amsterdam Conservatory and performs on European opera and concert stages. His repertoire includes works by Handel, Bach, and Mozart, as well as roles requiring exceptional vocal flexibility and range. In 2025, the singer received the Oper! Award in the “Discovery of the Year” category.

The concert centers on the combination of the soloist’s unusual voice and the expressive sound of the chamber orchestra.

Soloist: Maayan Licht — soprano
Orchestra: Jerusalem Camerata

The detailed concert program will be published by the organizer at a later date.
