The play “Hans” for children aged 6–12.
Children younger than the recommended age are not admitted to the performance.
Based on a play by Shirley Dashe
Directed by Ido Koltun
Hans, a poor and lonely boy who finds reading difficult and is mocked by his friends, takes refuge in a world of imagination, where wonderful stories are born and dreams turn into fairy tales.
When the king announces a storytellers’ competition with a grand prize, Hans decides to take a risk and write a story. If he wins the prize, his mother will be able to pay the rent, and they will be able to remain in their home.
Shortly before the competition begins, his story disappears, and it seems that all is lost.
But an unexpected encounter with Lulu, a mysterious girl whom he meets by chance, changes everything.
