Three decades after its premiere, Rami Be’er’s iconic work returns to the stage.

“Dibburim”, one of the masterpieces of Israeli dance, echoes the collective and personal trauma left by the Holocaust in the lives of society and the individual. Be’er, one of Israel’s leading artists and a second-generation Holocaust survivor, moves between associative flashes, deconstructing and reconstructing the intergenerational memory burned into the skin and etched into the body.

The Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, under the artistic direction of Rami Be’er, operates at the International Dance Village in Kibbutz Ga’aton and is considered one of the world’s leading contemporary dance companies.

The company’s unique and groundbreaking movement language is expressed through a rich repertoire of original works presented in Israel and around the world. For more than five decades, the company has led artistic and educational initiatives that connect cultures and promote excellence in contemporary dance, alongside extensive social activity focused on making dance accessible to diverse audiences.
