- Keep space between you and other participants until the start. Your personal time measurement begins only when you cross the starting line.
- Wear your bib number on the front; otherwise, they will not be able to identify and direct you properly.
- Checkpoints and split-time measurement mats are placed along the route. You must step on them. The mats are positioned at the edges of the route and at various points.
- On average, during the event, you should drink every 15–20 minutes, consuming 1–2 cups of water.
- Do not exert yourself beyond your abilities and personal level of preparedness. If you do not feel well, refrain from participating.
- Numerous security and medical teams will be deployed along the route. If you feel unwell during the run or ride, stop or slow down and try to recover. If you still feel unwell, contact the medical teams stationed along the route.
- It is recommended to write an emergency telephone number and any special medical conditions on the back of your bib/bicycle number.
