Participation in the course includes 4 hours of free practice in the wood workshop (by prior arrangement) to be used within one month after the course ends. To join the practice session, a safety briefing in the workshop is required.
A receipt (not a VAT invoice) will be issued for the course fee.
Course Requirements
- All required materials are included in the course price (glass, adhesives, connectors, varnish, acid‑free paper, etc.), except the framing profiles, which participants must purchase during the course for about 120 ILS per person. The price depends on the chosen profile type, wood type, frame type, and size.
- Bring an existing artwork (paper, cardboard, or canvas) up to A4 size for framing to the first class.
- The course is intended for professional artists who wish to acquire framing techniques for their own works.
Summary

Step‑by‑step instruction covers handling the piece (paper and canvas), from the initial stage to the final frame. The tools, suitable materials, sources, wood‑quantity calculation, custom frame construction, and meticulous finishing will be covered.
At the end, participants will leave with a museum‑standard framed artwork. The course combines theory and hands‑on practice throughout all sessions, offering practical tools for independent work.
