Concert "Vivaldi and His Seasons"
A chamber concert of Vivaldi’s music will take place on October 22 at 19:00 at the ANU Museum in Tel Aviv. The program will include “The Four Seasons.”
The second concert in the chamber music series “Putting Down Roots.”
Avi Binyamin, our constant guide to the world of music, will present a new program with a quartet of musicians from the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.
About the concert
A red-haired, charismatic, famous, and extraordinarily successful violinist and composer who worked for many years with the young residents of a girls’ orphanage. All of Venice was in love with him. He was always surrounded by dozens of young admirers. He taught them music, directed their choir, and wrote music for them. He could not imagine himself without them. And yet, he was a priest! Antonio Vivaldi.
The concert program includes The Four Seasons and other outstanding works by Antonio Vivaldi.
Performers

Daniel Eisenstadt — violinist with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, prizewinner of prestigious international competitions and scholarship programs. Winner of the Ilona Kornhauser First Prize at the Aviv Competition. He studied at leading American music institutions: the New England Conservatory, Rice University, and Indiana University. As a soloist and chamber musician, he has shared the stage with such outstanding musicians as Nobuko Imai, Shlomo Mintz, Yuri Bashmet, and Emmanuel Ax.

Anna Dulova was born in Moscow and graduated from the Moscow Conservatory. Anna is a prizewinner of international competitions and has participated in international classical and jazz music festivals as a soloist and as a member of chamber ensembles. She worked with the National Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by V. Spivakov in Moscow. She made aliyah to Israel. Since 2021, she has worked with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and continues to perform with leading chamber ensembles in the country.

Yevgenia Oren — violist with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra since 1993. She has participated in numerous chamber ensembles in Israel and abroad and initiated and organized a variety of musical projects, including “Putting Down Roots.”

Yaakov Kashin — cellist, graduate of the Moscow Conservatory (2004). He moved to Israel in 2011 and, since 2012, has been a permanent member of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. Since 2022, he has been the cellist of the Incredible Trio and the Sion Quartet.
