🌿 Therapeutic hike with deep inner work

📍 The North. Tents. Goren Park

A hike in the north—for meaning, for answers to important questions, and for searching within ourselves for new questions and meanings.

For sincere, open communication; for a full life without habitual obligations, hustle, and phone slavery. For feeling your own body while hiking along the north’s breathtaking route.

Our helpers will be the beautiful mountain landscape, the crystal-clear Kziv Stream with trout, the Ein Tomir water cave, Montfort Crusader Castle, pines and cedars, the sky and stars. Delicious food, a campfire, music, and poetry. Daily group sessions and psychological practice during the hike.

The physical exertion level is moderate. Bring hiking clothes, comfortable shoes, special footwear for the stream—rubber shoes or sandals—swim trunks and swimsuits. If possible, bring tents, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, headlamps, and anything else that may be useful on a hike.

Required: snacks for the hike, according to your taste. At least two liters of drinking water. There is water and a toilet near the campsite.
We begin on Thursday at 19:00, but if possible, the earlier you arrive, the better. Departure back is on Saturday after lunch.

🔥 Hike program:

📅 October 8 — Day 1
🕕 18:00–19:00 — Gathering (approximately 2 hours’ drive from the center)
🏕 Setting up camp
🍲 Dinner
🔥 Evening group session around the campfire

📅 May 9 — Day 2
🥾 Hike
💬 Group work on individual requests
🥗 Lunch
✨ Group exercises, cave, practice, swimming
🌙 Dinner, evening group session

📅 May 10 — Day 3
🍽 Breakfast
💬 Final “Sharing” group session
🏕 Taking down camp
🚗 Departure (around lunchtime)

🎒 What to bring:

✅ Comfortable hiking clothes and shoes
✅ A water container and snacks
✅ Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen 🧴
✅ Headlamp 🔦
✅ Swimsuit / swim trunks 👙
✅ If possible: tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, second pair of shoes for the campsite
✅ Musical instruments, if desired 🎸🎶
